1 pound ground turkey

2 drops liquid smoke flavoring

2 teaspoons salt

1 1/4 teaspoons sage

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Mix all ingredients well. Shape as desired.
