----------------------------------FOR PORK---------------------------------- 1 Garlic clove; crushed

1/2 t Freshly ground pepper

1/2 t Finely grated ginger root

4 t Soy sauce

4 t Honey

4 t Dry sherry

1/2 t Five-spice powder

4 t Chili sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
